ZUMBA®

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

MetaFit™

MetaFit is a 30-minute, bodyweight-only, non-choreographed, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. The program was created over a decade ago by a Royal Marine Commando in a bid to make HIIT more efficient and effective. MetaFit consistently sticks to true HIIT principles.

PiYo®

PiYo combines the muscle sculpting of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga with continuous fluid movement to burn serious calories while lengthening and toning your muscles and increasing your flexibility. With every action-packed PiYo session, you can burn excess fat and sculpt and define your whole body.

Les Mills BODYPUMP®

BODYPUMP® is a weights class for absolutely everyone. This form of weight training will make you toned, lean, and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP® gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories. It'll also tone and shape your body without adding bulky muscles. The rep effect - a scientifically proven Les Mills formula - is the secret to developing lean athletic muscle without the need for heavy weights. 

Les Mills BODYFLOW®

BODYFLOW® is the new yoga class for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Bending and stretching through safe and simple yoga moves, a BODYFLOW class blends elements of Tai Chi and Pilates to strengthen your entire body. Breathing control is part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. 

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT®

BODYCOMBAT® is a high energy martial arts inspired workout. You'll learn how to punch, kick, and strike your way to superior fitness and strength. This non-contact workout requires no experience but teaches you moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muy Thai, Capoeira, and Kung Fu. Leave your inhibitions at the door and bring your best fighter attitude - you'll be releasing stress, having a blast, and felling like a champion before you know it. 

Les Mills BODYJAM®

BODYJAM®  is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. House, Hip Hop, Drum 'n' Bass, Trap, all styles of EDM, it's the soul of BODYJAM.
